What is the cut-off time for Next Day Delivery?
For next day delivery, we ask customers to place their orders by 1pm (UK time), Monday to Friday.
How will I know my order had been dispatched?
Once your order has been carefully prepared and dispatched, you’ll receive an email from us containing your tracking information.
Will engraving / personalisation delay my order?
Not at all. Our dedicated Engraving Team will ensure your order is perfectly engraved and ready to dispatch on time.
When are Saturday / Sunday orders dispatched?
Orders received after 1pm (UK time) on a Friday, or on a Saturday or Sunday, will be dispatched Monday (excluding UK Bank Holidays).
Can my Billing & Shipping addresses be different?
Yes of course. You’ll have the option at checkout to enter separate billing and shipping addresses.
